Yes, it’s a wine club… but not as you know it.

The drops we select for The Local’s Wine Club reflect what we are most passionate about: wines from artisans and down-to-earth winemakers with soul, personality and a candid story to tell. You’ll find mostly boutique and small batch wines from family owned wineries – hidden gems and rising stars – not available at big retailers, giving these smaller players a chance to shine. You’ll also find established brands from the most prestigious wineries, because sometimes you just can’t beat the classics.

How we are different?

How it works?

We are the only wine club that allows members to pick the wines that go into their pack each month or receive a curated pack.

Sign up to The Local’s Wine Club. It’s quick, it’s easy and there’s no joining fee.

We offer wines from Australia and around the world.

Select your ideal wine pack from our Enjoy and Savour Collections  

You can choose your style of wine pack – Enjoy or Savour.

Pick between a 6 bottle or 12 bottle quantity pack.

You have the choice to receive 6 or 12 wines each month.

From the 15th-30th of each month, you’ll have the opportunity to select the wines you’d like included in your pack. If you don’t choose any wines during this time, you’ll receive a curated pack.

No registration, membership or cancellation fees…ever!

From the 1st-14th of each month, your wine pack will be delivered to you. Free delivery is available within South Australia and a $10 flat rate elsewhere in Australia.

We add new wines to our packs each month.

Please note: due to the limited availability of stock, sometimes we may be required to substitute vintage/wines. Our main priority is to provide you with the equal or better standard and value of wine you have selected. We thank you for understanding.

You can try some of the wines before hand at our beautiful wine bar The Local Wine Co. Hyde Park using your complimentary tasting credit each month.




We offer two differrent selection of wine packs, Enjoy Selection and Savour Selection. You can choose to pick your own wines each month starting from 16th of each month until the end of the month OR have us do the work for you and pick wines based on your preference.


Each pack is offerred in either 6 bottle or 12 bottle configuration.


All subscriptions are billed monthly on the 15th of each month until cancelled.


We will never charge you any fees - no joining, cancellation or any other fee ever!


Wine packs are shipped every month with deliveries starting first week of each month. For example, all July packs ordered or selected in July will start shipping in first week of August.


Shipping is free within Adelaide metro. $10 flat rate applies to shipping everywhere else in Australia. We do not ship internationally.


Cancelling orders: Once you have selected and paid for wines from the The Local Wine Co, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. You can cancel your subscription anytime before the payment date i.e. 15th of each month. Any cancellation requests after that will be processed the following month. 

Damaged products: Our high quality packing rarely allows for a broken bottle. However, now and then, due to shipping or weather, bottles do arrive damaged. Should your shipment arrive in pieces, please email the wine’s details and a photo of the broken bottle to within 15 days of receiving your shipment, we will happily work out a solution with you. 

Dislike your wine? We choose wines that are both unique and interesting to feature in our packs. While these wines have all been expertly chosen, because each wine lover’s palate is different, you may receive a wine you did not like. In that case, we ask that you keep an open mind, welcome new wines and expand your palate! If your bottle has been corked and the wine’s taste and aroma altered, contact us at within 15 days of receiving your shipment to make arrangements to ship the damaged, at least ¾ full bottle back to us.
