Terre e Terre Rose 2018
Adelaide Hills SA
The Terre à Terre Rosé is an excellent example of textural rosé from the very cool climate region of Piccadilly Valley. It is very aromatic and also very savoury. Each year, hand-harvested fruit from the Bizot vineyard and the Summertown Vineyard destined for Sparkling is chilled in our cold room for 2 days before being pressed as whole fruit. We only retain 550L maximum for our sparkling bases, and use the remaining juice for our Rosé.
Terre e Terre Heysen Pinot Noir 2018
Adelaide Hills SA
Fresh, vibrant and spicy, intense raspberries, rhubarb, sage and violets; all packed into a medium bodied wine. Light, juicy palate with raspberry and plum flavours dominate over traces of liquorice, subtle inky earth characters and spice. Finishes with lively acidity, dryish tannins and an aftertaste of ripe raspberries, plum juice, subtle liquorice and inky spice.
Sherrah Nero d'Avola 2017
McLaren Vale SA
Licorice, inky blackberry, tar and then a rich and generous palate that is still savoury and not excessive in any way. Berries were cold soaked for three days prior to ferment beginning naturally, then over seeded with a mixed yeast culture to promote primary fruits. Pressed into seasoned French oak and allowed to go through malo naturally, aged 9 months prior to bottling.
Mordrelle Gaucho Malbec 2018
Langhorne Creek SA
The palate is rich and full-bodied. It is dark and ripe with colossal flavour. Tannins are powerful but beautifully integrated and perfectly offset the sweet fruits adding structure and clarity. Big, powerful and mouth-filling this is a very generous wine with solid concentration and a very long finish.

Shadowfax Minnow GMC 2018
Dark red to black with a ruby hue. Blueberries and blood plums are complexed by some cassia bark spice. Violets and some red strap fruits add intrigue. Hints of liquorice and black olives are also there. A fun and vibrant palate has plum and blue fruits at its core. Dried apricots add another element. The tannins are raspy and long giving the wine a savoury crunch giving lovely texture and drive. The bright and lingering palate remains fresh, lending itself to that second or third glass.

The fine, layered tannins integrate seamlessly with toasty and vanillan notes derived from the restrained use of French and American oak.
Vasse Felix Filius Cab Sav 2016
Margaret River WA
COLOUR Bright maroon with a red brick edge. NOSE Deep, savoury Cabernet characters of blackcurrant, dark cherry, damp earth and cedar mingle with a spicy complexity care of the vibrant Malbec portion. PALATE Luscious and juicy upfront, the dark berry fruit is complemented by savoury elements of beef stock and dried woody herbs. There is a wonderful length of flavour as the palate transitions to a fine, textural and dusty drying finish in classical Cabernet style.
Roland Tissier Sancerre 2018
100% Sauvignon Blanc from vines with an average age of 30 years. Nose is mostly fruit and mineral: a bit of green apple and lemon, gooseberry with that typical impression of wet stone and a sense of roundedness. Lime, apple and blackcurrant on the palate, which has clear hints of flint and smoke; highly typical in that regard. A little chalky phenolic bite on the finish and a pleasant hint of leaf there, with citrusy acidity.
Dr Loosen Dry Riesling 2018
This Riesling embodies the elegant and racy characteristics of steep, slate-soil Mosel vineyards at a very reasonable price. It is a bright, vibrant, fruit-driven wine made with grapes from contracted growers throughout the Mosel River valley who work very closely with brothers Ernst and Thomas Loosen to achieve excellent quality and superb concentration in every vintage.
Andrew Bonhomme Macon Villages 2017
The fruit is from vines with an average age of 60 years on clays and limestone. The whole bunches are airbag-pressed before the musts undergo long fermentations with natural yeasts. This wine is made exclusively in stainless tanks for freshness.
Saint Claire Pioneer Block 23 Pinot Noir 2015

Light to medium weight the palate is amply fruited with ripe dark cherry, plum and strawberry flavours which meld into toasty anise like characters and spicy dried clove. Fleshy mouthfeel with velvet like tannins. Good power wave with a medium to long aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, dark plums, toasty anise, dried cloves and spice.
Domaine Trenel Fleurie 2017
Fragrant, floral nose ushers in supple dark berry fruit that builds on the palate with drive and precision, with forthright acidity furnishing a long, vibrant finish.
Catena Malbec 2016
Malbec pours a deep dark purple in the glass, giving off aromas of cherries and violets. On the palate the wine is silky smooth. It’s a fruit-forward wine with a nice bit of acidity that lightens it up, making it one of those wines that would be great with or without food.
La Spinetta Il Nero de Casanova 2015
It's intense ruby red with a nose of dark cherries, leather, licorice and tobacco. The palate is medium-bodied with a relatively delicate frame typical of Sangiovese. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by malolactic conversion in medium-toast French oak barrels, where the wine spends nine months.
Faiveley Mercurey La Framboisiere 2014
Strawberries and raspberries abound in this Mercurey from the aptly named 11 hectare Monopole (a single vineyard owned by one proprietor). A fifth of the grapes were fermented as whole bunches, which has certainly brought out a delightful fruitiness. Pretty wild strawberry and cranberry scented bouquet. Generous and lively palate, medium bodied, smooth and fleshy.
